If you order before 2pm, we can usually deliver the following day. However, you can specify your preferred delivery date, so we recommend you order in advance to avoid disappointment. We're a small company and sometimes get booked up quickly!
Delivery areas and charges
We offer a free collection service in North Tyneside and charge a set delivery fee of £3.50 to addresses in Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland and South Tyneside. Unfortunately we cannot deliver further afield at the moment. - All of our cakes are hand-made to order. Once an order has been received we can start baking!
- We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your cakes and sweet treats from Cakes By Becky. If you are not happy for what ever reason please call us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
- To order you can simply browse our online store and add items to the basket. All cup cakes and sweet treats are sold in batches of 6 whilst tray bakes can be ordered individually. To place your order simply add the amount of batches you need (sold in multiples of 6) for example if you would like to order 12 cup cakes you should add 2 batches to the basket. Personalised cakes are not available online, however you can fill in this simple enquiry form and we'll get back to you so that your cake is unique to you!
- We currently accept payment by Paypal online for complete peice of mind.
- By creating an account you can save your details for future use & check on all orders that are currently be proceessed plus reorder with ease. To create an account simply click "My account" located in the header bar.
